How website inquiries are handled

This page describes the inquiry form implemented on this website. Contact Manuel Carrillo at manuel@sierradevelopment.us with questions about information you provide to Sierra Development.

Information you choose to submit

The inquiry form requests your name, email address, optional phone number, project type, project location, and project description. The information is emailed to Manuel at manuel@sierradevelopment.us so the business can respond and discuss the proposed work. Do not submit payment information, identification documents, passwords, or other sensitive personal records.

The form does not upload files and does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Your submission is not a construction contract or an acceptance of pricing. Follow-up records in the recipient's email system are separate from the website handler.

Essential security measures

The form uses an essential session cookie to validate requests and reduce automated abuse. The handler uses a temporary hashed network-address record and request count for rate limiting; it does not store your inquiry text in public website files. Temporary rate records are subject to periodic cleanup.

The hosting provider and email service may process standard request and delivery information under their own policies. A successful submission notice means the server accepted the message for delivery, not that the recipient has opened it.

External services

The website loads its fonts from Fontshare. Links to Instagram and official government resources take you to those services, which have their own privacy practices. No Instagram feed is embedded by this update.

For a privacy request concerning an inquiry, contact the business using the email or phone shown on the website and identify the inquiry reference if available.
