Which areas does Sierra Development serve?
We serve Los Angeles, Santa Clarita, Castaic, the entire San Fernando Valley, and the San Gabriel Valley. Service-region pages list communities and project-planning resources, not separate office locations.
What construction projects can I discuss?
Discuss custom homes, additions, ADUs and garage conversions, whole-home remodeling, kitchens, bathrooms, hillside foundations, retaining walls, pools, landscape and hardscape, concrete, excavation, drainage, outdoor living, interiors, exteriors, electrical, plumbing and mechanical project scopes, commercial construction, and municipal work.
Can I request work if my service is not listed?
Yes. Describe the intended result, property location, and available plans. Manuel can review the proposed construction scope and whether it is suitable for the project. A listed service is not a guarantee that every technical configuration or schedule can be accepted.
Do I need completed plans before contacting Manuel?
No. Tell us what information is available and whether design or permit review is still pending. A construction commitment, detailed price, or schedule requires the actual scope and conditions to be reviewed.
How much will my project cost?
A useful construction estimate depends on the plans, site access, existing conditions, material and equipment selections, approvals, and included work. Send those details with your target investment range rather than relying on a generic square-foot price.
Does the inquiry form open my email application?
No. The website form submits your inquiry from the page to Manuel at manuel@sierradevelopment.us. You receive a submission reference when the server accepts the message. Call if you do not hear back within two business days.
